目的研究脑缺血大鼠血浆及脑组织ET-1含量的变化。方法采用双侧颈总动脉结扎法建立大鼠脑缺血模型,用RIA法测定脑缺血大鼠血浆及脑组织ET-1含量。结果脑缺血大鼠血浆及脑组织ET-1含量明显升高。结论ET参与脑缺血的病理生理过程,ET升高可能是脑缺血的一个重要因素。
Objective To study the changes of ET-1 in plasma and brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischemia. Methods The rat model of cerebral ischemia was established by bilateral common carotid artery ligation. The content of ET-1 in plasma and brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischemia was measured by RIA. Results The content of ET-1 in plasma and brain of rats with cerebral ischemia increased obviously. Conclusions ET participates in the pathophysiological process of cerebral ischemia, and elevated ET may be an important factor of cerebral ischemia.
