在这个与时俱进的新时代环境下,共青团是祖国未来的建设团队,它作为我党强有力的后备团队,必然需要承担起建设国家的重担。我国在发展完善企业团队建设工作中应形势需要提出了新的要求,并且把该工作作为新时期国有企业党政建设工作的重点。本文通过分析党政团队建设的重要性,探究了在新形势下如何做好国有企业共青团队建设工作。
In this era of keeping pace with the times, the CYL is the construction team for the motherland’s future. As a strong backup team of our party, it is bound to bear the burden of building the country. In the process of developing and perfecting enterprise team building, our country put forward new requirements according to the situation and regard the work as the focus of the party and government construction in state-owned enterprises in the new period. By analyzing the importance of the construction of party and government team, this article explores how to do the construction of the Communist Youth League in state-owned enterprises in the new situation.
