测定２４例性脑梗塞病人与１２例对照组病人发病４８－９６小时内血清和脑脊液中乳酸脱酶浓度，脑梗塞病人脑脊液中乳酸脱氢酶９．５±４．３Ｕ／Ｌ，明显升高，而对照组病人脑脊液中乳酸脱氢酶为２．８±１．８Ｕ／Ｌ。
急性缺血性脑病乳酸脱氢酶测定的临床应用
【摘 要】
：
测定２４例性脑梗塞病人与１２例对照组病人发病４８－９６小时内血清和脑脊液中乳酸脱酶浓度，脑梗塞病人脑脊液中乳酸脱氢酶９．５±４．３Ｕ／Ｌ，明显升高，而对照组病人脑脊液中乳酸脱氢酶为２．８±１．８Ｕ／Ｌ。
