2015年国务院办公厅发布的《关于全面加强和改进学校美育工作的意见》中明确指出“重视校园文化环境的育人作用”。其中,校园音乐环境是校园文化环境的一个的组成部分,也是美育的重要途径之一。良好的音乐环境对校园文化环境的建设、学校美育工作的推进都具有积极的作用。因此,学校应当重视校园音乐环境的建设。要科学、合理地建设校园音乐环境可以从定义校园音乐环境并对其进行分类、根据不同的环境类型制定不同的建设方案、建设过程中需要注意的问题三个方面着手。
The Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving the School’s Aesthetic Education Work issued by the General Office of the State Council in 2015 clearly pointed out that “pay attention to the educational role of campus cultural environment.” Among them, the campus music environment is an integral part of the campus cultural environment and one of the important ways of aesthetic education. A good music environment has a positive effect on the construction of campus cultural environment and the promotion of school aesthetic education. Therefore, schools should pay attention to the construction of campus music environment. To build a campus music environment scientifically and rationally can start with defining the campus music environment and classifying it, developing different construction plans according to different types of environment, and issues that need attention in the construction process.
