为了提供正常人体组织中氯、溴和碘含量的参考值,用中子活化法测定了北京地区正常人的心、肝、脾、肺、肌肉和人发样品中氯、溴和碘的含量。结果表明在所测定的组织中,除人发外,氯含量差别不太大,肌肉中氯稍低于其他组织;溴在肺中、碘在肝中含量最高。北京地区人体组织中溴含量低于国外,碘与国外相应数据相比稍偏低,但差别不大。还对4种生物标准参考物质中氯,溴和碘进行了测定,分析结果与推荐值吻合。
In order to provide a reference value for the content of chlorine, bromine and iodine in normal human tissues, the contents of chlorine, bromine and iodine in heart, liver, spleen, lung, muscle and human hair samples of normal subjects in Beijing were determined by neutron activation method. The results showed that in the tested tissues, except for human hair, the difference in chlorine content was not too big, and the content of chlorine in muscle was slightly lower than that in other tissues. Bromine contained the highest content of iodine in liver. Bromine levels in human tissues in Beijing were lower than those in other countries, with iodine slightly lower than the corresponding data from other countries, but the differences were not significant. Chlorine, bromine and iodine were also measured in four biological reference materials, and the results were in good agreement with the recommended values.
