对7例多毛细胞白血病(HCL)的毛细胞进行了表面标记的研究。使用了包括特异抗血清和荧光活化细胞分类装置(FACS—Ⅰ)的敏感分析技术,对异常细胞做进一步的辨认,研究这些病例的细胞表面特征,使用了四种不同的抗血清:(1)抗—P23.30血清能与 B 细胞和单核细胞亚群发生反应;(2)抗311血清只与 T 细胞发生反应;(3)用胃蛋白酶消化制备的抗—F(ab′)_2血清只与 B 细胞反应;(4)用蛋白酶消化制备的抗溶菌酶血清能与单核细胞和粒细胞起反应,但不能与 B 细胞或 T 细胞反应。本文所
Hair cells from 7 cases of hairy cell leukemia (HCL) were surface-labeled. Sensitive analytical techniques, including specific antisera and fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS-I), were used to further identify abnormal cells and to investigate the cell surface features in these cases using four different antisera: (1) Anti-P23.30 serum reacts with B cells and monocyte subsets; (2) anti-311 serum reacts only with T cells; (3) pepsin-digested anti-F Only react with B cells; (4) The anti-lysozyme serum prepared by protease digestion can react with monocytes and granulocytes but can not react with B cells or T cells.
