当前,反思性教学在国内外教师教育发展研究领域受到了越来越多的关注。反思性教学是教师教学创新的动力,是外语教师发展的必然选择,没有反思就没有卓有成效的教学改革。反思性教学不仅提高了教师教学的有效性,而且对学生的学习主动性起到了积极的促进作用。该文回顾了国内外反思性教学的研究,阐述了反思性教学的意义和内容,并结合在实施反思性教学中可能出现的一些问题,提出了加强外语教师运用反思性教学的策略和建议。
At present, reflective teaching has drawn more and more attention in the field of teacher education development both at home and abroad. Reflective teaching is the driving force for teachers’ teaching innovation and the inevitable choice for the development of foreign language teachers. Without reflection, there will be no effective teaching reform. Reflective teaching not only improves the effectiveness of teachers ’teaching, but also plays an active role in promoting students’ learning initiative. This paper reviews the researches on reflective teaching both at home and abroad, elaborates the meaning and content of reflective teaching, and puts forward some strategies and suggestions to strengthen the use of reflective teaching by foreign language teachers, combining with some problems that may appear in the implementation of reflective teaching.
