实验研究了赤铁矿颗粒从磁选机磁介质上解析时,pH值和冲洗水流述的作用,发现颗粒的解析强烈地依赖于冲洗水的pH值,最佳pH=11。基于DLV0理论(Derjaguin—Landau—Verwey—Overbeek)建立了一个模型,并按照这个模型对实验结果进行了分析。这个模型对阻碍颗粒从磁介质上解析的残余力(residual forces)给予很好的解释。
The effect of pH value and flushing water flow on the analysis of hematite particles from the magnetic medium of a magnetic separator was studied experimentally. It was found that the resolution of the particles strongly depends on the pH value of the flushing water, and the optimum pH is 11. A model was built based on DLV0 theory (Derjaguin-Landau-Verwey-Overbeek), and the experimental results were analyzed according to this model. This model gives a good explanation of the residual forces that prevent particles from resolving from the magnetic medium.
