From November 1997 until now, Microsoft Asia-Pacific Global Technical Support Center (APGC CSS) has gone through ten years. Looking back ten years journey, APGC CSS has gone through three stages from the beginning, the development to the maturity, and has realized the triple jump in ten years. For Kewanda, the center’s leader, last year’s Global China Technical Support Center was upgraded to Microsoft’s Global Technology Support Center in Asia Pacific.
