对于快速测定材料可加工性问题,本文通过对恒定力法与传统方法进行分析比较,阐述了这种新方法的优点与意义,介绍了这种方法的基本原理、试验时所用的带恒定力装置的钻床等一整套装备和试验程序,进而介绍了在试验过程中用以进行位移、力、扭矩等采集计算的微机数据采集处理系统。 试验表明,用恒定力快速测定材料可加工性,稳定可靠,应用方便,成本低廉,容易制作。此课题研究所用的方法、步骤、试验设备和计算机程序,完全有可能发展为材料可加工性的标准测定方法。
For the rapid determination of material workability problems, this paper analyzes and compares the constant force method and the traditional method, expounds the advantages and significance of this new method, introduces the basic principle of this method, the test with the constant force device Such as drilling and a set of equipment and test procedures, and then introduced in the test process used to carry out displacement, force, torque acquisition calculation of computer data acquisition and processing system. Tests show that the constant force can be used to quickly determine the material processability, stable and reliable, easy to use, low cost and easy to make. The methods, procedures, test equipment and computer programs used in this study are entirely possible to develop into standard methods of material processability.
