设计并实现了一种可级联的实时多节目复用器。该复用器以DSP和FPGA为主要器件,通过多个复用器的级联完成多路标准清晰度电视(SDTV)节目的复用。通过设定传输较高的码率,使前级复用器TS流包含较多空包,后级复用器用本地生成的TS包替代前级TS流中的空包。这样,通过多个复用器的级联,将多路标准清晰度电视节目复用到一路TS流中。
A cascadable real-time multi-program multiplexer is designed and implemented. The multiplexer uses DSPs and FPGAs as its main components to multiplex multiple standard definition television (SDTV) programs through cascading of multiple multiplexers. By setting a higher bit rate for transmission, the pre-multiplexer TS stream contains more null packets, and the latter multiplexer replaces the null packets in the pre-TS stream with locally generated TS packets. In this way, multiple standard definition television programs are multiplexed into one TS stream by cascading multiple multiplexers.
