一般认为,肺结核患者化疗2周后即不再有严重的传染性.此时,即使患者痰涂片和培养仍为阳性,也认为无传染性,提示抗结核化疗使结核杆菌的致病性发生了改变.作者用豚鼠模型旨在验证这一理论.自21例直接痰涂片阳性的肺结核患者中获取29份痰标本,并按标准制备后备用.所有患者均接受了利福平、异烟肼和乙胺丁醇3药治疗.取痰标本时的治疗时间分别为0、4、8、12周及20周以上.直接痰涂片阳性结果分别为-、±、+,++、+++5个等级.每份制备的痰标本,1/2接种于Lowenstein-Jensen 培养基,培养结果分别为0(没有生长)、
