城市群协调，是推进城市群一体化发展的重要保障，也是一个全球性难题。西方世界级城市群以及我国综合实力最强的3个城市群，在协调发展方面都积累了有益经验。借鉴这些经验，海峡西岸城市群应建设中央—省—市三级协调体系，特别要加快建立国家层面的管理协调机构，实现纵向管治加横向协商，构建协调合作法制化、长效化机制，完善民间合作协调机制，形成统筹协调合力。“,”The coordination of urban agglomeration is an important guarantee for promoting the integrated development of urban agglomeration as well as a global difficult problem.The west world-class urban agglomeration and the most comprehensive strongest three urban agglomerations in our country have accumulated beneficial experiences in coordination development.By taking these experiences for reference,the construction of the urban agglomeration of the west straits coast should establish a three-level coordinated system of central government,provincial government and municipal government,especially speed up the establishment of a national level coordinated management institution to achieve vertical governance plus lateral consultation,es-tablish the legal mechanism of coordination and cooperation to improve the coordination mechanism of civil cooperation.
