新形势下,经济与技术高速发展,同时也推动了各行各业的创新改革,在这样的背景下,事业单位档案管理的建设也进行得如火如荼,档案工作为我国社会发展重要方面,各级档案部门应该充分利用有效技术,加强事业单位档案管理力度,实现管理工作的科学化。这是时代发展的要求,也是事业单位档案管理行业实现自身发展的必经之路。本文介绍了知识管理与档案管理的关系,从该方面入手,积极分析了相关的启示,以此为档案管理工作提供借鉴。
Under the new situation, with the rapid economic and technological development, innovation and reform in all walks of life have also been promoted. Under such a background, archives management in public institutions has also been in full swing. Archival work is an important aspect of social development in our country. Archives at all levels Departments should make full use of effective technologies, strengthen institutional management of archives, and achieve scientific management. This is the requirement of the development of the times and also the only way for the file management industry of the institutions to realize their own development. This article introduces the relationship between knowledge management and file management. Starting from this aspect, this paper analyzes the relevant enlightenment actively and provides reference for file management.
