钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、锌、铜等矿物质是人体内所需要的元素,它有着极其重要的生理功用。以葡萄糖酸为载体给人体内补充这些元素,已在一些药物、食品及膳食添加剂中得到了应用。本文采用催化氧化法从葡萄糖制取葡萄糖酸盐类,为制备这类药物(或食品添加剂),提供了一条新的合成路线。 Potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper and other minerals are the necessary elements of the human body, it has an extremely important physiological function. Gluconic acid as a carrier to the human body to supplement these elements has been in some drugs, food and dietary supplements have been applied. In this paper, the catalytic oxidation of gluconate from glucose, for the preparation of such drugs (or food additives), provides a new synthetic route.
