管理的今天和明天是一个管理的时间命题,即在昨天、今天、明天的时间长河中,管理者能走多远。这一命题的内涵是“与时偕行”的理念。它要求管理者的行为符合“时”的概念。“时”有它的自然属性,具有不以人的意志为转移的客观性、规律性;也有它的社会属性,受到参与其中的人的活动的一定程度的影响。所以对人的社会管理、企业管理,抑或家庭管理而言:第一就是尊重“时”的客观存在;第二则是通过人的主观努力,来“与时偕行”。就像《系辞》所言
The management of today and tomorrow is a management of the time proposition, that is, yesterday, today, tomorrow’s long time, managers can go far. The connotation of this proposition is the concept of “coexistence with time”. It requires managers to conform to the “hourly” concept. “Time ” has its natural attributes, objectivity and regularity that do not depend on human wills, and its social attributes are affected to some extent by the activities of those involved. So for people’s social management, business management, or family management is concerned: the first is to respect the objective existence of the “hour”; the second is through the subjective efforts of people to “with time.” As the “speech” said
