二十多年前,我从师范毕业分配到了距离县城最远的初级中学。虽说山区学校工作条件艰苦,但师范毕业能够教初中,仍然让我感到荣幸和自豪。报到时,老校长安排我们刚分到校的五位新老师教学任务,两位专科生,根据他们的所学专业安排相应的教学工作,可我们三位师范生有点不好安排,老校长先是给我们介绍了学校的教师结构,然后征求我们所能胜任课程的想法。按惯例师范毕业只能教初一,当时学校
