以十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,以丙二醇等组分为稳定剂,以30%盐酸等组分为pH调节剂,在充入N2和CO2使釜压达0.1~0.12MPa条件下,将γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷以及NaHS溶液分别打入反应釜进行合成反应。反应液经分层、脱色、蒸馏等工序获γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷。该工艺具有反应温度低、反应时间短、产品纯度高达98.5%(优级品99%以上)质量稳定、综合成本低等优点,有较好的应用价值和工业化前景。
