为了实现3~30 m煤壁的机械化开采,研发出一种无链牵引双驱窄机身截煤机MBJ-130型截煤机,而截煤机的马鞍架对于截煤机自关重要,马鞍架联接着截割部和行走部,启着承上启下的作用,所以对马鞍架进行强度校核非常必要。根据截煤机工作情况,计算出截煤机受到的极限载荷,推导出机架的受力大小,在利用有限元分析软件对其进行受力分析,得到应力分布和变形1情况,为机架的改进和优化设计提供指导。
