现场钢筋混凝土结构梁、板等构件的结构性能检验,一般均采用短期静力加荷的方式进行。需要一定的仪表设备,试验用工也较多。近几年来,我们在结构试验中,因地制宜地采用水和钢筋混凝土构件作荷重,利用汽车吊或塔吊代替人工进行加荷,达到了省工和安全的目的。这种方法在预制厂作构件批量试验时也可参考采用。 1.对某厂房现场预制的大型槽板(1.2×6.0米)进行结构试验。试验荷载利用堆放在现场的同样的槽板,将槽板反放,在板内灌水。灌水深度是根据计算在板边划上刻度来控制的。放、卸槽板利用现场汽车吊进行。这样试验一次,比用砖作荷重可节省15个工左右(图1).
Inspection of the structural performance of on-site reinforced concrete structures such as beams and slabs is generally carried out using short-term static loading. Need a certain amount of instrumentation, test labor is also more. In recent years, in structural tests, we used water and reinforced concrete components as loads in response to local conditions. We used car cranes or tower cranes instead of manual loading to achieve labor savings and safety. This method can also be used as a reference for component batch testing in precast plants. 1. Conduct structural tests on a prefabricated large-scale channel plate (1.2 x 6.0 m) on site. The test load utilizes the same slotted plates stacked on the site, reverses the slotted plates, and floods the plates. The depth of irrigation is controlled by calculating the scale on the edge of the board. Place and unload the slot board using the on-site car crane. Such a test can save about 15 jobs compared with bricks (Figure 1).
