塑造医院良好形象,是医院当前文化建设的重要工作,也是医院社会主义精神文明建设的重要内容。目前,在医疗市场竞争日益严峻的情况下,深入地研究医院形象的本质和塑造医院良好的形象是医院进一步生存和发展的必然要求,良好的医院形象,具有巨大内在驱动力和强烈的外在吸引力。1999年1月以来,我院坚持“以病人为中心”办院方针,抓住医疗体制改革的机遇,迎接新的挑战,在巩固和发展创建二级甲等医院成果的基础上,以学习吴登云同志为契机,以争创一流的技术、一流的管理、一流的服务为目标,认真落实医院社会十项承诺制,再塑医院良好形象。
