采用极限分析方法,对中厚板轧制过程中厚度中心疏松焊合的行为进行了分析讨论。辊缝中板材分成几个区域,对每个区域计算了机动许可速度场,由此导出了计算总变形功率J公式.根据J的推导,得到了疏松开始焊合和完全焊合的判据。利用这个判据,研究了轧制条件,诸如厚度压下率、摩擦系数、轧辊半径与板厚的比率、板厚方向的温度分布和疏松尺寸等对疏松焊合行为的影响,计算结果与疏松烧合的试验结果和生产经验符合很好。由此可见,本研究所开发的模拟方法有助于预报内部疏松焊合所必需的轧制条件。
The limit analysis method was used to analyze and discuss the loose welding of the center of thickness in the process of plate rolling. The plate material in the roll gap is divided into several regions, and the permissible maneuver velocity field is calculated for each region, and the formula for calculating the total deformation power J is deduced. According to the derivation of J, the criterion of loose start welding and complete welding is obtained. Using this criterion, the effects of rolling conditions, such as the reduction ratio of thickness, the friction coefficient, the ratio of roll radius to plate thickness, the temperature distribution in the direction of plate thickness and the loose size, on the behavior of loose welding were studied. The test results of burning and production experience are in good agreement. Thus, the simulation method developed in this study can help predict the rolling conditions necessary for internal loose welding.
