我们过去的报导(本刊1988;(4):41),证明黄芪有促进骨髓造血功能的作用。本文观察了黄芪对末梢血液的影响,现报导如下。实验方法 (1)模型组和治疗组以1%环磷酰胺注射液,按0.6ml/100克体重作腹腔注射。治疗组从第二天开始,每天用100%的黄芪注射液2ml/只的剂量作腹腔注射1次,连续给药6天。予防组以同样的剂量和给药方式先用黄芪注射液6次(6天),第7天给环磷酰胺1次。 (2)正常对照组在喂养二天后,先采集尾静脉血作红细胞、白细胞和血小板计数。而后再取尾静脉血一滴作网织红细胞计数。其余三组,在用药结束后,以同样的方法收集实验数据,均与正常对照组相比较。
Our past reports (Journal 1988;(4):41) prove that Huangqi has a role in promoting bone marrow hematopoiesis. This article has observed the effect of Astragalus on peripheral blood, which is reported below. Experimental methods (1) The model group and the treatment group were injected intraperitoneally with 1% cyclophosphamide injection at a body weight of 0.6 ml/100 g. From the next day, the treatment group was given intraperitoneal injection of 100% Astragalus Injection 2 ml/day for 6 consecutive days. The anti-group was given astragalus injection 6 times (6 days) and cyclophosphamide 1 on the 7th day with the same dose and administration method. (2) The normal control group first collected tail vein blood for red blood cell, white blood cell and platelet counts after feeding for two days. A drop of tail vein blood was counted for reticulocyte counts. The remaining three groups, after the end of medication, collected the experimental data in the same way and compared with the normal control group.
