在池栽遮雨条件下 ,研究了不同灌溉措施对冬小麦灌浆期光合产物的供应、转化及相关酶活性的影响。结果表明 ,灌溉明显改善小麦灌浆期光合产物的供应及转化。土壤干旱使叶面积指数降低 ,叶面积持续期缩短 ,旗叶光合速率及SPS活性下降 ,光合产物供应不足 ;同时籽粒中SS、ADPG PPase、SSS和GBSS活性明显下降 ,特别是在灌浆中后期更明显 ,显著降低了光合产物的转化能力 ,导致粒重和穗重明显下降。试验还表明籽粒SSS和GBSS活性主要受淀粉合成底物供应的影响 ,SS、ADPG PPase活性对土壤水分干旱较敏感 ,是小麦在干旱胁迫环境中调控淀粉合成的关键酶。
Effects of different irrigation measures on the supply and transformation of photosynthate and the activities of related enzymes in the filling stage of winter wheat were studied under the conditions of rain and pond planting. The results showed that irrigation significantly improved the photosynthate supply and transformation during wheat grain filling stage. Soil drought reduced leaf area index, shortened leaf area duration, decreased flag leaf photosynthetic rate and SPS activity, and lack of supply of photosynthetic products. At the same time, the activities of SS, ADPG PPase, SSS and GBSS in grains decreased significantly, especially in the late filling period Obviously, the transformation ability of photosynthetic products was significantly reduced, leading to a significant decrease in grain weight and ear weight. The experiment also showed that the activities of SSS and GBSS were mainly affected by the supply of starch synthesis substrate. The activities of SS and ADPG PPase were sensitive to soil moisture and drought, which were the key enzymes that regulate the starch synthesis in wheat under drought stress.
