我国“水法”公布实施以后,要求各工、矿等用水单位进行用水计量,按量收费,目前各地在征收水费中,一般是以水泵的名牌或电耗推算出流量。有些水泵因年久失修效率低,流量输出与实际不符,也有一些使用电磁、超声波等流量计,但工作水体不宜有较大的含沙量。且仪器造价高,使用、管理、检修等技术要求也高,维修不方便,需采用交流电等。经调研国外有关量水仪表的资料表明,早在二十年代美、德、苏、日等国,已使用江河流速仪进行测量。迄今仍属主要的流量计测仪表。这种仪器的优点是:结构简单、可靠,可长期使用,且造价低。我所研制的HL-1型浑水流
