采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定牛奶及奶粉中玉米赤霉醇及其类似物。采用乙腈提取,正己烷去脂,MAX柱净化,1%甲酸乙腈溶液洗脱,质谱电喷雾电离源、多反应监测模式检测,外标法定量。该方法检测限0.2μg/kg~0.5μg/kg,线性范围0.5μg/kg~100μg/kg,在1μg/kg~4μg/kg范围内添加,回收率在66.6%~123.0%,相对标准偏差小于11.1%。本方法可以有效实现对牛奶和奶粉中玉米赤霉醇及其类似物的检测。
Simultaneous Determination of Zeranol and Its Analogues in Milk and Milk Powder by High Performance Liquid Chromatography - Tandem Mass Spectrometry. Acetonitrile extraction, n-hexane defatting, MAX column purification, 1% formic acid and acetonitrile elution, mass spectrometry electrospray ionization source, multi-reaction monitoring mode detection, external standard method. The detection limit was 0.2μg / kg ~ 0.5μg / kg, the linear range was 0.5μg / kg ~ 100μg / kg, and the recoveries were 66.6% ~ 123.0% in the range of 1μg / kg ~ 4μg / kg with the relative standard deviations 11.1%. The method can effectively realize the detection of zeranol and its analogues in milk and milk powder.
