作者比较了三种分子量(150000、50000、2000)聚乙烯吡啶氮氧化物(?简称ПBNO)对实验性矽肺的作用。所用ПBNO为苏联本国合成制剂。研究方法:大白鼠实验性矽肺模型的复制采用吸入染尘:使大白鼠在石英粉尘浓度为200—300mg/m~3的小室内,每天4小时共4个月。染尘结束后,部分动物皮下注射2%ПBNO溶液,每周一次,每次1ml,注射8个月。在开始染尘后经6、9、12个月处死大鼠,用左肺作生化测定(以羟脯氨酸测定肺胶元蛋白量),右肺作组织学和组织化学检查。研究结果:未治疗的大鼠在第3个月就形成典型的矽结节,在6—9个月矽结节的数量
The authors compared the effects of three molecular weight (150000, 50000, 2000) polyvinylpyridine nitrogen oxides (ΠPBNO) on experimental silicosis. ПBNO used for the Soviet Union’s own synthetic preparations. Research Methods: The rat experimental silicosis model was replicated by inhalation of dust: the rats in the quartz dust concentration of 200-300mg / m ~ 3 in the small room, 4 hours a day for a total of 4 months. After the end of the dust, some animals were injected subcutaneously with 2% ПBNO solution once a week for 1 ml each for 8 months. Rats were sacrificed at 6, 9 and 12 months after the start of dying, biochemical measurements of the left lung (lung hydroxysoprotein content with hydroxyproline), and histology and histochemistry of the right lung were performed. Findings: Untreated rats formed typical silicon nodules at the third month, the number of silicified nodules at 6-9 months
