跨国银行监管制度是国际金融法中一项重要的制度,主要有并表监管模式和东道国监管两种模式。中国作为巴塞尔协议的会员国之一,即将面临跨国银行监管制度与国际统一问题。我们可以在借鉴西方的金融监管制度的基础上,考虑自身的特殊性,构建出适合自身发展的跨国银行监管制度。
The supervisory system of multinational banks is an important system in international financial law. There are two modes of consolidated supervision and host country supervision. As one of the member states of Basel Accord, China is about to face the issue of cross-border banking supervision system and international unification. On the basis of drawing lessons from the western financial regulatory system, we can consider the particularity of our own and build a regulatory system for multinational banks that suits our own development.
