目的通过对阿勒泰地区口岸的蚊蝇监测,掌握口岸蚊蝇种群构成、密度、季节消长情况,为制定口岸蚊蝇控制措施提供参考依据。方法蚊类采取诱蚊灯法,蝇类采取捕蝇笼法,并对捕获的蚊蝇进行种类鉴定。结果此次监测共捕获蝇类4 785只,经分类鉴定隶属于3科10属12种,优势种为丝光绿蝇;捕获蚊类142只,经分类鉴定隶属于1科3属4种,优势种为尖音库蚊。在吉木乃、塔克什肯口岸首次捕获了传播疟疾的重要媒介米赛按蚊和传播西尼罗热脑炎的重要媒介尖音库蚊,在吉木乃口岸生活区首次捕获雨兆花蝇。结论口岸区域蚊蝇新纪录的发现,说明新疆口岸具备蚊蝇传播传染病的流行条件,有必要加强相关传染病病原体检测工作。
Objective To monitor the mosquitoes and flies in the ports of Altay and grasp the population composition, density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes and flies at the ports, so as to provide a reference for the formulation of control measures for mosquitoes and flies in ports. Methods Mosquitoes were taken by mosquito lamp method, flies were taken by catching method, and the catches of mosquitoes and flies were identified. Results A total of 4 785 flies were caught in the survey. Twelve species belonging to 10 genera and 3 families were identified. The dominant species were Lucilia sericata; 142 mosquitoes were captured, and 4 species belonging to 1 genera, 3 genera, were identified by classification Cusps Culex. For the first time, an important media for transmitting malaria, An. Mosquito and Culex pipiens pallens mosquito, an important medium for the transmission of West Nile encephalitis, were captured for the first time at the port of Tikhonj in Jimunai. The first mosquito was captured in the living area of Jimunai Port. Conclusion The discovery of a new record of mosquitoes in the port area indicates that the epidemic conditions of mosquito-fly transmission in Xinjiang are covered. It is necessary to strengthen the detection of related infectious pathogens.
