随着新课程改革的进一步贯彻,小学数学作为一门基础性学科,也逐渐由传统的教学方式向分层教学、因材施教等发展。由于学生的学习习惯、学习方法、理解能力等存在着差异性,要想促进学生的个性化发展,注重分层教学是关键。基于此,本文将围绕确定分层教学要求,分层进行制定,教学目标要分层,创新观念,提高趣味性,有效地进行个别辅导以及开展分层评价,让学生重新树立自信等加以探讨。
With the further implementation of the new curriculum reform, primary school mathematics as a basic discipline, but also gradually from the traditional teaching methods to the hierarchical teaching, individualized teaching and other development. Due to students’ learning habits, learning methods, understanding, there are differences, in order to promote the individual development of students, pay attention to the teaching is the key to the level. Based on this, this article will focus on determining stratification teaching requirements, stratified development, teaching objectives should be stratified, innovative ideas, fun, effective individual counseling and stratified evaluation, to enable students to re-establish self-confidence to be discussed.
