Since the birth of the theory of “transmutation” by French translator Berman, in Europe, it has been mainly used to analyze the translation of literary works except poetry. How can we use this theory to analyze and discuss the translation problems we encountered in our work for the official political texts such as the report of the two sessions? From this we can see that “the weight of the original and the reader is weighed” What is the difference between the European translators and the European translators? What kind of enlightenment is there to us? Based on Belman’s theory, this article attempts to discuss and comment on the translators’ Discussion point of view.
