将Poage提出的三值特性的逻辑式变形一下,得到包含故障的二值逻辑式。用图形来表示成全通路图。它简化后成为逻辑通路图。用前一概念可以检测多故障;用后一概念可以诊断单故障。逻辑通路图可以用故障逻辑式来表示。本文说明全通路图及其简化;简述无扇出、有扇出、有冗余等情况下单故障的诊断及多故障的检测。在无扇出中,对一般情况作了深入的探讨,并给出了检测多故障的一些重要定理等。在扇出及冗余部份仅概述其特点、方法的运用及冗余条件下的定理。
Deforming the logic of the ternary characteristic proposed by Poage, the binary logic equation containing the fault is obtained. Graphically expressed as a full access map. It simplifies to become a logical route map. Use the previous concept to detect multiple faults; use the latter concept to diagnose single faults. Logic path diagram can be used to represent the fault logic. This paper describes the all-access road map and its simplification; a brief description of fan-out, fan-out, redundancy and other single-fault diagnosis and fault detection. In the absence of fan out, the general situation is discussed in depth, and some important theorems for detecting multiple faults are given. In the fan-out and redundancy section, only its characteristics, methods and the theorems of redundancy are outlined.
