采用乙二胺四乙酸二钠 (EDTA)溶液直接提取过磷酸钙中有效五氧化二磷 ,应用微波加热技术干燥磷钼酸喹啉沉淀。实验表明 ,用 10 0mlEDTA溶液 (0 1mol/L)提取 ,在 (80± 2 )℃恒温下振荡 2 5min ,用微波炉加热干燥磷钼酸喹啉沉淀 15min的测定值 ,与标准方法测定值的绝对差值 <0 15 % ,该方法的相对标准偏差 (RSD) <0 2 % ,精密度和准确度良好
