行政伦理学学科建设与教学科研,都面临着若干根本性的挑战和任务。行政伦理学的发展和繁荣应当从这些基本的挑战和回应来着手。行政伦理学研究对象“伦理”到底指的是什么的问题是行政伦理学课程教学面临的第一个挑战。回应这一挑战是行政伦理学教学研究的首要任务。行政伦理学的性质问题是行政伦理学教学面临的根本性挑战,解决好这一问题是当今学界的重要任务。行政伦理学的教学内容中“伦理”与“道德”的矛盾与冲突的解决构成了我们面临的主要挑战并成为行政伦理学学科研究和教学科研的任务之一。行政伦理学教学方式面临的最直接挑战就是确定好行政伦理学的性质和内容。 Administrative ethics discipline construction and teaching and research, are facing a number of fundamental challenges and tasks. The development and prosperity of administrative ethics should begin with these basic challenges and responses. Administrative ethics research object “ethics ” in the end what is the problem is the first challenge in the teaching of administrative ethics course. Responding to this challenge is the primary task of teaching ethics research. The nature of administrative ethics is a fundamental challenge faced in the teaching of administrative ethics. To solve this problem is an important task for current academic circles. The contradiction and conflict between “ethics” and “morality” in the teaching content of administrative ethics constitute the main challenge we face and become one of the tasks of the research of administrative ethics and the research of teaching and research. The most direct challenge to the administrative ethics teaching is to determine the nature and content of the administrative ethics.
