对褐铁矿烧结的合理工艺参数进行了研究,结果表明:褐铁矿烧结适合较低的负压,燃料配比和水分值都有个合适值,并且合适水分和燃料值随褐铁矿配比的增加而增加。随着烧结矿碱度的提高,在任何褐铁矿的配比下,烧结的各项指标和烧结矿强度都随之变好,这是因为碱度的提高使得烧结矿中的铁酸钙增加,烧结矿的还原性、转鼓强度和成品率都得到了改善。
