开玛是计算机辅助即时监测给药系统的简称,它可维持药物效应在预定水平。根据药理效应和同时记录进入体内的药量,开玛可以揭示机体的反应性。22只出血性休克家兔给予0.01%间羟胺3h使血压维持在休克前水平。根据间羟胺药量和血压变化,家兔表现出3种不同类型:下降型、上升型和迟钝型。下降型和上升型动物血压都能维持在预定水平,但间羟胺的剂量却分别表现为逐渐下降或上升,而迟钝型的血压即使以最大速度恒速灌注也不能升到预定值。血乳酸浓度的测定说明间羟胺对每种类型的治疗效果是不同的。开玛系统揭示的失血性休克家兔对间羟胺的个体差异性,这是其它方法难以做到的。
