目的 :了解儿童青少年伤害发生特点及影响因素。方法 :分层整群抽取韶关市三个区 ,8所大、中、小学 15 5 7名 7～ 2 8岁的学生 ,进行流行病学研究。结果 :该人群发生伤害 12种 ,发生率为 75 .5 3% ,主要危及 10～ 14岁组和 15～ 19岁组人群 ,大部分受到 2种或以上的伤害 ,致功能不全或残疾率为 3.0 8%。伤害类型以跌伤、碰撞伤、刀割伤、动物 /昆虫伤、骨头卡喉伤为主占 71.90 % ,并且具有特定的分布及致伤原因 ,多数与行为因素有关。结论 :伤害已对儿童少年构成严重的威胁 ,成为一个重要的公共卫生问题。
Objective: To understand the characteristics of children and adolescents and their influencing factors. Methods: A stratified cluster was drawn from 15 districts and sub-districts of Shaoguan City, 15 7 7-8 8-year-old students from 8 primary and secondary schools for epidemiological study. Results: There were 12 kinds of injuries in this population, the incidence rate was 75.53%, which mainly endangered the 10 ~ 14 years old group and the 15 ~ 19 years old group, most of them were injured by 2 or more, caused by insufficiency or disability rate 3.0 8%. Injury types fall, bruises, knife cuts, animal / insect injuries, bone card throat injury accounted for 71.90%, and has a specific distribution and causes of injury, most of which are related to behavioral factors. Conclusion: Injury has posed a serious threat to children and adolescents and has become an important public health issue.
