近年来,地质钻探技术的发展,对钻探设备之——泥浆泵的要求愈来愈高。为了正确地把握泥浆泵的性能、质量监督,确保地质机械产品的评优和生产许可证的发放标准,国家经委质量监督局、地质矿产部探矿工程装备工业公司责成勘探技术研究所研制泥浆泵试验台,承担泥浆泵的测试研究任务,同时要完善一套科学的测试、考核、评价产品的办法,为缩短新产品的研制周期,为产品的最优设计提供科学的理论根据和有效的数据。为此,我们在研制泥浆泵试验台中,除在管路设计、测试设施等方面采取措施外,还改变了以往常规的测试方法,大胆创新,采用先进的测试技术和一些新型的精度较高的仪器、仪表,并在长沙市电子研究所的协助下,把微处理机系统应用于泵的测试中,从而提高了试验台的精度和自动化程度,收到了良好的效果。
