本文介绍了教育心理学理论—社会建构主义以及对我国大学英语教学的启示,并在此思想指导下提出了培养学生自主学习意识的大学英语教学模式的新设想:课前布置预习任务;课堂检查预习成果,解决问题;根据不同的课文体裁,可以组织丰富多彩的课堂活动;课后练习以同学们先提问的形式展开,别的同学解答不全或有错误的,教师再补充、纠正。
