对ZA27合金室温及275℃至固相线温度范围的力学性能进行了测试,获得了合金的应力-应变曲线及力学性能与温度的关系,并对合金高温拉伸断口及其断裂机制进行了分析.结果表明,合金强度随温度升高而降低,在整个高温区域表现出良好的变形能力;合金的断裂与温度有关,在275℃左右,合金呈现塑性断裂,具有很好的塑性和很小的变形抗力,适合于变形加工处理.
The mechanical properties of ZA27 alloy at room temperature and 275 ℃ to solidus temperature were tested. The stress-strain curves and mechanical properties of the alloy were obtained. The fracture mechanism and fracture mechanism were also analyzed The results show that the strength of the alloy decreases with increasing temperature and shows good deformation ability in the whole high temperature range. The fracture of the alloy is related to the temperature. At 275 ℃, the alloy exhibits plastic fracture, good ductility and small Deformation resistance, suitable for deformation processing.
