3月1日起,《不动产登记暂行条例》将正式实施。这标志着中国在完善法治建设,特别是物权法建设方面迈出了重要一步。点评:从条例实施的核心目标来看,一方面是为了保护居民的合法权益,明确物权,保证不动产交易的安全性。无论是个人还是单位,房屋买卖双方在动态登记、联网、适度开放查询等情况下,都可以避免由于信息缺失、产权不确权、查询困难等原因而产生交易风险。条例的实施使不动产交易的安全性、便捷性得到提高,将进一步推动存量房市场的健康发展。
