采取多案例研究方法,运用10个典型案例实证检验信息产业的接力创新特性。研究表明,在以数据和软件为主的新一代信息产业中广泛存在接力创新现象,而信息产业的接力创新主要是由科学研究的第四范式引发的,是为了满足大数据创新对异质性企业能力的要求。但与生物制药等产业相比,信息产业的接力创新存在着不依赖大学的参与,涉及创新主体类型较少,接力链条较短,对金融接力支撑的需求较低等特性。
Take multi-case research methods, the use of 10 typical cases empirical test information industry innovation characteristics. The research shows that there is a wide range of relay innovation in the new generation of information industry, which is dominated by data and software.
