柴油机催化转化器的转化效果依赖于催化剂的催化效果,而催化剂的催化效果和柴油机排气温度有很大的关系,柴油机在低转速、低负荷的工况下排气温度往往不能达到催化剂有效的工作温度。如何提高催化剂的工作温度,改善催化剂的催化效果是一个值得关注的问题,作者采用自制的电加热装置,用电加热的方式提高催化剂的工作温度以改善柴油机的排放,并且进行实际的发动机台架对比实验,对比加热前和加热后柴油机排放的变化情况,结果表明,对催化剂进行电加热后对排放改善的效果比较明显,尤其对于降低NO的排放效果比较明显。
