我们以足叶乙甙（VP16，E）、胺陡（AMSA，A），阿糖胞音（Ara－C，A）组成EAA方案，治疗21例难治及复发急性白血病，报道分析如下。1材料和方法1．1病例我所1994年1月至1997年5月共收治21例难治及复发急性白血病，均经骨髓、细胞组织化学、免疫单抗分型（荧光法）等技术确诊。
We used EFA (VP16, E), AMSA (A), and Ara-C (A) to form an EAA regimen and treat 21 patients with refractory and relapsed acute leukemia. The report is analyzed as follows. 1Materials and methods 1.1 Cases A total of 21 cases of refractory and relapsed acute leukemia were treated in our hospital from January 1994 to May 1997. They were diagnosed by bone marrow, histochemistry, and monoclonal antibody (fluorescence) techniques. .
