本文对水轮机涡壳用钢的化学成分、机械性能和热处理制度以及热处理过程中组织和性能的变化规律进行了论述,探讨了细晶强化、固溶强化、位错强化和弥散强化的强韧化机理。阐述了钢的焊接、模拟、爆破试验及在电站的试用情况。研制情况表明,该钢是我国第一个屈服强度为50,60公斤/毫米~2级综合性能良好的涡壳钢,可用于制造当前我国最大的单机容量为30万千瓦的大型电站涡壳。
In this paper, the chemical composition, mechanical properties and heat treatment system of steel for turbine scroll and the changes of microstructure and properties during heat treatment are discussed. The effects of fine grain strengthening, solution strengthening, dislocation strengthening and dispersion strengthening on toughness mechanism. Described the steel welding, simulation, blasting test and trial in the power station. The research shows that the steel is the first comprehensive and good-performance eddy steel with a yield strength of 50,60 kg / mm ~ 2 and can be used to manufacture the largest volcanic power station with a capacity of 300,000 kW in China.
