本文介绍了用ADINA/ADINAT程序计算E-40车轮在径向载荷、横向载荷、热载荷作用下的应力以及各种载荷联合作用下的合成应力,并绘出了各种载荷工况下的应力分布图。 计算时所用的各种载荷值都取自1982年美国AAR的规范。计算所划分的有限元节点坐标都是用解析方法算出;温度场及热应力计算中采用八节点单元代替二维平面元;集中载荷作用下的应力计算采用16节点的三维块单元,这必然提高了计算的精度,但所费机时较多。计算结果表明E-40车轮的辐板应力超过屈服限,必须改进设计。
In this paper, the ADINA / ADINAT program is used to calculate the stress of the E-40 wheel under radial load, lateral load and thermal load and the combined stress under various loads.
