哪里的非公有制经济活跃,哪里的经济就发达,哪里的群众就富裕。近年来,非公经济已经成为我区加快发展的生力军,改革开放的主动力。2013年,全区规模以上非公有制工业企业增加值占全区规模以上工业增加值的70.4%,同时创造了全区71.2%的税收和49.73%的进出口总额。今年1-6月,全区非公工业增加值增长14%,对工业增长贡献率达80.5%;民间投资增长19.1%,占比同比提高1.7个百分点,拉动整体投资
Where the non-public ownership economy is active, where the economy is developed, where the masses are rich. In recent years, non-public economy has become a new force in accelerating the development of our region, the driving force for reform and opening up. In 2013, the added value of above-scale non-public industrial enterprises in the region accounted for 70.4% of the added value of large-scale industrial output in the region while creating 71.2% of the tax revenue and 49.73% of the total import and export volume in the region. From January to June this year, the added value of the non-public sector in the region increased by 14%, contributing 80.5% to the growth of the industry. Private investment increased by 19.1%, an increase of 1.7 percentage points from a year earlier, driving the overall investment
