笔者对80例青年面部扁平疣应用聚肌胞肌注治疗,收到良好效果,报告如下。1 临床资料本组80例,男16例,女64例,年龄18岁～30岁。发病时间:长则7年,短则12天。皮疹数目:密集分布者50例,男12例,女38例,散在分布皮疹在30个～50个者24例,其中男6例,女18例,30个以下者6例,均为女性。治疗方法;聚肌胞2mg隔日1次肌注,15次为1疗程,不间断用药,直至痊愈.含硫钙液:硫磺25g,氢氧化钙16.5g,蒸馏水100ml,配成混悬剂外用,每日1次～2次。判断标准:痊愈:皮疹全部消退或仅留有色素沉着;好转;皮疹部分消退;无效:皮疹无改变,肌注聚肌胞30次后皮疹无变化者。结果:80例中,87％痊愈,好转11％,无效2％,

Judgment criteria: cured: rash all subsided or leaving only pigmentation; improved; rash partially subsided; invalid: no change in the rash, intramuscular injection of polyglot 30 times the rash no change. Results: Among 80 cases, 87% recovered, improved 11%, ineffective 2%
