研究了4个枇杷品种的果实采后在不同温度下的呼吸和乙烯产生的变化规律。结果表明,枇杷为非跃变型果实,采后的呼吸和乙烯产生均呈下降趋势。低温能显著抑制果实的呼吸和乙烯产生。贮藏于1℃下的果实,其呼吸强度约为20℃下的1/3,乙烯的产生约为1/10。在1~20℃范围内,温度越低,果实的呼吸和乙烯产生量也越小,通过对这些生理变化的研究,认为枇杷属于非冷敏果实,可在1℃下贮藏。
The changes of respiration and ethylene production in four loquat cultivars at different temperatures were studied after harvest. The results showed that loquat fruits were non-climacteric fruits, post-harvest respiration and ethylene production showed a downward trend. Low temperature can significantly inhibit fruit respiration and ethylene production. Fruits stored at 1 ° C have a respiratory intensity of about 1/3 at 20 ° C and ethylene production at about 1/10. In the range of 1 ~ 20 ℃, the lower the temperature, the smaller the fruit respiration and ethylene production. Through the study of these physiological changes, loquat belongs to non-cold sensitive fruits and can be stored at 1 ℃.
