阴茎海绵体平滑肌细胞信号转导通路是海绵体平滑肌张力调节的细胞内分子机制。各种神经递质通过活化细胞膜受体蛋白或细胞内酶途径产生细胞外化学信号 ,细胞内第二信使分子和离子传递并放大这些信号 ,使平滑肌细胞舒张 ,最终诱发勃起。因此 ,海绵体平滑肌细胞信号转导的研究对于理解勃起生理学、勃起功能障碍的病理生理学以及开发治疗勃起功能障碍的新的选择性药物具有重要意义
The corpus cavernosal smooth muscle cell signal transduction pathway is the intracellular molecular mechanism of cavernous smooth muscle tone regulation. Various neurotransmitters produce extracellular chemical signals by activating membrane receptor proteins or intracellular enzymatic pathways, and intracellular second messenger molecules and ions transmit and amplify these signals, causing smooth muscle cells to relax and eventually inducing erection. Therefore, the study of cavernous smooth muscle cell signal transduction has important implications for the understanding of the erectile physiology, the pathophysiology of erectile dysfunction and the development of new selective drugs for the treatment of erectile dysfunction
